    Cerinte

    Requested experience: presales technical support, consultative sales, product management, partner management, presentation/training ;
    Graduation in IT and/or Electronics;
    English language skills - professional level;
    HTML - being able to enter basic HTML control and content commands through text editor. Understand the structure of WEB programming architecture;
    High level of technology understanding;
    Proactive, problem solving attitude;
    Able to work independently;
    Creative, innovative in projects;
    Precise in administration;
    Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    Able to build relationship with partners and customers

    Responsabilitati

    1) Technical And Solution Design Support

    Being able to learn, keep up-to-date and apply the ID products technical details, technology and solution possibilities. Design and offer complete solutions to specific projects and for overall market offerings. Understand vertical approach and design industry specific offerings based on companie's products extended with local partners solutions;

    2) Sales

    Develop, or take over from KAM a new customer base, by technical/solution approach of new end user customers. Get involved to the marketing and sales process and provide sales resources, incl: presentations, documentations, specifications, proposals, etc. to support both marketing and sales activities. Develop new, and handles own and KAM customer and/or partner accounts. Develop, support and execute marketing and sales programs for specific ID solution areas. Hold responsibility to achieve Romania ID target;

    3) Business Development

    Continuously collect all up-to-date technical information regarding ID solution areas and develop market segment specific ideas to promote these solution areas to partners and customers. Develop and deliver solution/product/technology specific technical, marketing and sales-support materials for individual channel partners and direct customer and/or vertical segments. Develop and make presentations on trade shows and events;

    4) Consumer Insight

    Continuously analyzing sales and market data and trend to understand ID partners’ and customers’ needs, measure effectiveness and look future market potential. Understand individual partner and customer needs, and develop individual materials, technical/training programs and actions for the specific partners and customer segments;

    5) Administration

    Complete all job related and defined administration tasks in order to fully comply with company policies and procedures, thus ensure maximum control over budget spending;

    6) Teamwork & Co-operation

    Act as a team player in every way during his work, pro-actively support other colleagues and functions, provide required help and service timely and in required quality, in order to facilitate maximum effectiveness of everyday business activity.
