- 3+ years of experience in HR, especially in managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
- Experience in recruiting technical profiles;
- Experience in an IT Company (IT operations and/or development) would represent an important advantage;
- Very good communication skills, fluent English;
- Strong relationship building skills and influencing/negotiation skills;
- Service oriented working style and attitude, including the ability to work well under pressure, ability to prioritize and handle complex tasks;
- Attention to detail and process management skills, as well as focus towards continuous improvement of the process.
- Liaising with the hiring managers to understand and review the recruitment needs
- Involving in complete recruiting life-cycle including contract, salary negotiations, technical interviewing, sourcing and follow-up.
- Sourcing the candidates through Job portals, Head Hunting, Referrals and Social Network Sites.
- Maintaining the recruiting status of each hiring manager on daily basis.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.
- Screening potential employees via the phone and resume Coordinating phone, onsite and Skype interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
- Organize interviews for hiring managers and follow up the selection of candidates
- Prepare and negotiate employment contracts in line with Group guidelines
- Onboard new employees and drive them through the administration and training process
- Elaborate retention policy to reduce attrition rate
