Are you proficient in English and German?

Experience in related fields Customer Care is desired, but not mandatory.
- Resolve customer questions, complaints and requests via phonemailchat;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints;
- Perform customer verification;
- Manage customer's accounts;
- Offer customer support using different software applications;
- Record details of actions taken.
