University Degree
Computer hardware & printers experience min 3 years;
Basic understanding of Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Domain controllers, Share and NTFS file permission, and Group Policies;
Basic understanding of IPv4 and network equipment, switch, router, firewall, LAN/WAN;
Basic understanding of wireless (WIFI) networks functionality and troubleshooting;
English medium level;

IT support for local application (SFA);
Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically;
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
Advise user on appropriate action;
Follow standard ICT help desk procedures;
