    Requirements

    - Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel experience;
    - Preferabily 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar;
    - Excellent analytical skills and attention to details;
    - Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills;
    - Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach;
    - Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills;
    - Bachelor's Degree required and C1 English Level.

    Responsibilities

    - Supports the Pointnext Order Forecast process and follows up on highlighted issues (involved in forecast calls with all countries from region);
    - Analyse sales figures and monitors differences;
    - Coordinate and consolidate GAP plans to support region to make forecast/budget;
    - Consolidate sales forecast and provides recommendations during sales reviews;
    - Calculates, reviews and analyses business performance indicators, sales trends and other sales data related analysis, providing recommendations as appropriate;
    - Collaborates closely with Sales Strategy and Planning Lead for the region and engage with cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities (maintain strong linkage with the Finance Team to ensure continuity);
    - Develop and maintain an understanding of the applicable business processes;
    - Provides various reports on a daily and weekly cadence to different stakeholders using various sources (internal tools);
    - Submits the Pointnext Flash into company's Financial Tools;
    - Manages quantitative and qualitative business analyses to support business needs.
