    Hi! We are currently developing our Customer care team. Would you like to be part of our NISSA team? What are the key competencies we are looking for:

    • Good knowledge of PC (MS Office, E-mail, Internet);
    • English – average level is a must;
    • Experience in a call center or telephone sales is desirable;
    • Very good communication skills, clarity and consistency in speech.
    How will your job look like:
    • Takes inbound calls from customers and acts according to their requests;
    • Serves promptly and professionally every client by providing information about NISSA products;
    • Confirms orders by providing information about delivery;
    • Offers new products, additional products and outfits;
    • Promotes NISSA products and all the existing campaigns;
    • Takes customers feedback and makes a weekly report;
    • Performs translations.
