Junior KA & E-commerce Manager

-University degree
-Experience in sales and/or trade marketing within international company min 3 years
-English language level: minimum upper intermediate
-Thorough experience & understanding of Key Accounts environment and marketplace
-Deep understanding of e-retail/e-commerce environment
-Experience in leading sales teams in the fields
-Strong analytical skills, with sense of urgency, punctuality
-Ability to maintain confidential information with high regard for integrity
-Computer literacy: advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excels

-Manage customer relationship at the store level (store manager, shop assistant) & support KA & E-commerce Manager with operational tasks at headquarters level of the customers
-Ensure excellent execution of all agreed terms within offline KA points of sale & on-line stores
-Drive additional in-store/on-line activities on top of agreed terms to deliver incremental growth
-Coordinate, train & audit team of Sales Rep & Merchandisers from external service provider
-Implement Channel Strategy and individual Account Development Plans
-Manage flow of documents with KA & E-commerce customers
-Ensure company’s visibility at online players, follow-up the brand online visibility at partners’ website & take actions if needed
-Monitor KPIs for Trade Terms discounts per points of sales
-Prepare promotional tools and execute national and individual promo plans within KA & E-commerce
-Support the KA & E-commerce Manager in ad-hoc projects and in other business projects
-Stock management and planning
-Collect & analyze data needed for evaluation of promotions (post-implementation ROI)
-Manage and monitor Telesales activity for KA & E-commerce (accuracy of orders; problem solving)
-Manages all the logistic aspects of KA & E-commerce: orders, stock management, collaboration with the logistic department and logistic partner
