- Abilitati foarte bune de analiza
- Limba italiana la nivel avansat (B2-C1)
- Capacitatea de a lua decizii rapide, cateodata cu informatii incomplete
- Abilitati de utilizare MS Office
- Bune abilitati organizatorice
- Lucru in echipa
- Ascultarea, monitorizarea apelurilor criptate cu scopul de a verifica gestionarea corecta a clientilor și de a controla coerența între procedura definită și manipularea efectivă a acesteia. Documentarea feedback-ului detaliat și bazat pe solicitarea clientului.
- Coerența în evaluarea calității livrate de catre agenti cat si experiența clientilor.
- Expertiza in determinarea calitatatii apelului și metodologia TQM.
