Responsibilities:

• Establish professional internal and external communications to position Huf Romania and support reputation of Huf Group
• Develop communication strategy for Huf Romania and align with corporate communication strategy
• Plan local communication activities and budget in line with local need and corporate regulations
• Support local management in all communication matters
• Develop and implement a concept for local employer branding activities
• Plan and implement local corporate responsibility activities in line with Group standards
• Coordinate content management for external and internal media
• Establish local media relations in close connection/alignment with Huf Group Communications
• Plan and organize local information and social events
• Be an interface for Huf Group Communications

• University degree in humanities or engineering
• 5 years of experience in communications department of global automotive supplier (or other b2b/technology company) or in international PR agency
• Excellent writing and editorial skills in Romanian and English
• Profound knowledge of editorial processes
• Ability to “translate” complex technical and economic topics for different target-groups
• Sound knowledge in content marketing and CMS (for websites)
• Knowledge and practical experience in social media 
• High expertise in MS office 
• Good project management skills
