    • higher education studies;
    • computer and organisation technology skills necessary for the performance of the work;
    • good English skills;
    • availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed;
    • driving license category B;
    • excellent presentation skills;
    • strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
    • ability to motivate employees to achieve sales targets;
    • certification in training is a plus;
    • strong persuasion and influencing skills;
    • working experience in personnel training is an advantage;
    • information on the personal qualities and peculiarities of the character of the sales persons;
    • methods of work analysis knowledge;
    • methods of sales of the goods on the market knowledge;
    • ability to allocate the work according to priorities;
    • information about the delivery methods;
    • purchase and sale methods and conditions;
    • conditions of return/replacement of goods.

    To plan, prepare and organise training programmes for the sales persons for six months in advance;
    The prepared trainings must be effective, relevant and interactive;
    To prepare the descriptions for the sales persons after every training;
    To react to the responses of the sales persons related to the content and methods of conduction of the training, and try to find the most suitable (with regards to the sales persons) teaching method;
    To show the good example of how a sales person must to act at a work place;
    If the trainings take place in Vilnius, to prepare the business trip order when necessary – food and overnight accommodation for the sales persons arriving from other cities;
    To be informed of the new teaching methods, to propose their application in our Company and to search for the new improvement methods of the teachings and sales persons;
    To cooperate with the region manager seeking to carry out the selection of the new sales persons on time and using appropriate methods, and to take care of a new job advertisement;
    To solve the problems appropriately and effectively and to be able to orient him/herself in a situation;
    To analyse everyday results and to know the reasons for the particular results;
    To be fully responsible for the appointed field of work or project;
    To collaborate and share information with other departments (including, but not limited to the International Department), to obtain information relevant for proper performance of the work functions from other departments;
    To make appropriate decisions based on analytical abilities;
    Not to offer negative, hasty, erroneous and misleading replies to customers of the Company in response to the requests (i.e. to change a product, to distribute prises, etc.), complains, requests, etc. of a customer without prior consent of the Head of the Company, call centre manager and those Company employees, who are granted such rights by the internal (local) normative acts (direct supervisors) of the Company;
    To take care and maintain the best possible image and positive reputation of the Company, properly represent the Company through communication with partners and clients;
    Nowhere and never disclose Company clients’ personal data and confidential information of the Company.

    Responsabilitati

    • To act as a consultant to sales persons for challenges they face on the job;
    • To observe and evaluate how sales persons interact with clients to identify areas of improvement;
    • To regularly check the skills, knowledge and abilities of the sales persons and to prepare the results and recommendations for the region manager on the day following the check;
    • To train newly employed sales persons according to priority and appropriate methods and to identify the areas of improvement for them (relevant for direct work), and to prepare personal or general trainings providing the information (both practical and theoretical) for improvement;
