    - Experience in level 1 and 2 support, user contact
    - An advanced level of French and English spoken and written
    - Excel knowledge, cross tables
    - A first experience of 2 years of support with analysis is necessary
    - Have a good relationship spirit and benevolence towards customers
    - Know how to set up smartphones and tablets
    - Proactive and reactive attitude / Team spirit and desire to learn continuously
    - Autonomous and communicative person
    - An ability to analyze and synthesize


    - Receiving and supporting requests received by email or phone from users f or the applications it manages (Leader Backup) in
    French and English
    - Opening, tracking and closing a ticket for each request received
    - Gives feedback to the client on the assumption and closing of the application and if processing time is required
    - Participates in production monitoring committees and/or project committees
    - Lifts new user needs back to moA, the trade
    - Keeps documentation, mailing lists and application contacts up to date
    - Solicits the higher level only in cases where it is not able to respond. Must seek maximum autonomy
    - Forms for new applications arriving in the perimeter
