Sales Trainer - Iasi

What you’ll bring?

- 2-3 years’ experience in sales;

- Experience in delivering training – it’s an advantage;

- Creativity, optimism, energy and dynamism;

- Advanced level of English (minimum B2 level);

- If you know French it’s a super advantage;

- Public speaking and the ability to deliver training;

- Availability for business trips to our other national & international offices (Brasov, Bulgaria, Poland, etc.) for delivering trainings.

What you’ll do?

- Delivering sales training to new joiners from our national and international offices;

- Delivering feedbacks that will enhance the individual understanding and development areas to be worked on;

- Evaluating the performance of the trainees;

- Bring creative thinking to all sessions and how you can assist the sellers to get better;

- Participate in recruitment processes held in various locations within the country and abroad;

- Adapt the training according to the project needs and put your mark on the structure.
