University degree in humanities or engineering
5 years of experience in communications department of global automotive supplier (or other b2b/technology company) or in international PR agency
Excellent writing and editorial skills in Romanian and English
Profound knowledge of editorial processes
Ability to “translate” complex technical and economic topics for different target-groups
Sound knowledge in content marketing and CMS (for websites)
Knowledge and practical experience in social media
High expertise in MS office
Good project management skills

Establish professional internal and external communications to position Huf Romania and support reputation of Huf Group
Develop communication strategy for Huf Romania and align with corporate communication strategy
Plan local communication activities and budget in line with local need and corporate regulations
Support local management in all communication matters
Develop and implement a concept for local employer branding activities
Plan and implement local corporate responsibility activities in line with Group standards
Coordinate content management for external and internal media
Establish local media relations in close connection/alignment with Huf Group Communications
Plan and organize local information and social events
Be an interface for Huf Group Communications
