Providing technical support to customers across Europe, we are offering a challenging position, the opportunity to grow and expend your technical knowledge through daily interaction with R&D engineers located in Romania and having access to products in a laboratory environment.
What you will be working on:
Responsible for Oracle database online problem processing
Responsible for the major problems of the Oracle database, leading the emergency recovery;
Responsible for the technical solution review of the Oracle database network change, providing technical support for the implementation process;
Responsible for the standardization of Oracle database failure scenarios, improve the efficiency of location and delimitation and the efficiency of fault recovery.
Bring with you is:
• Familiar with Oracle database, good at installation and configuration, daily change, backup and recovery, performance optimization, DataGuard disaster recovery, ASM and other database problem processing and rapid recovery;
• Basic skills with server, storage, Linux / UNIX operating system, network for the delineation of related issues;
• Experience in database second-line technical support is preferred;
• Have OCP or OCM certificate priority.
• Fluent English communication skills
