Finance & Accounting Intern - Internal Firm Services

• Currently we are looking for Interns in Finance
- Start date of the job: November 2019;
- Fixed-term contract (by the end of February 2020);
- Schedule: part-time 6h/day.

• What we are looking for from a candidate:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Ability to adapt to a fast and demanding environment;
- Strong organizing and planning skills;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel).

• What will you do as an intern?
- Scanning and archiving financial documents, both electronical form and hard copies;
- Updating clients and providers data base;
- Releasing and closing employees’ cards;
- Extracting employee balances from the system (also in charge of reconciliating the amounts).

In case of unsuccessful recruitment process we will hold your data based on your consent. Data retention If your application is successful your data is saved for the implementation of the employment relationship, complying with statutory regulations. Application documents of unsuccessful candidates are deleted after six months at the latest. We ask for your consent before retaining your application documents in our applicant pool for a longer period.
