    Requirements

    Experience in labor laws (International/Swiss labor law is highly appreciated) and in handling complex employee relations topics
    Strong experience in human resources - payroll and personnel administration
    Fluency in English and/or French
    Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    Relevant work experience in a similar position

    Responsibilities

    Ensure relations with consulates, regional directorates and immigration office
    Monthly payroll processing and preparing all payroll forms
    Responsible for all data related to payroll, absences, reimbursement of expenses
    Providing accurate and timely variable pay elements
    Supervise the induction process for new employees
    Oversee the accuracy of contractual documents (employment contracts, addendum) in accordance with legal and social specifications
    Responsible for completion and accuracy of all personnel files and updating the online HR database
    Ensuring that key information is correctly entered onto internal systems (employment dates, vacations, sickness, working hours)
    Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on different HR topics
    Provide support to employees regarding requests / questions they might have
    Contribute to the development and implementation of internal HR procedures and ensuring their compliance with labor law
    Ensure HR policies and procedures are respected and recommend improvements, if necessary
    Report to management and provide different HR metrics
