    We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Bucharest office for a < Part-time Talent Manager, part time Office Manager, but full-time Valuement > position😊
    In this role you will be responsible in adjusting and executing current talent management related processes and keep our office functioning at peak efficiency.

    What we are looking for:
    • Minimum 2 year experience in talent management related processes. Ability to manage candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
    • Proficient in English.
    • Connected and updated with latest trends on employer branding and recruitment techniques.
    • Some experience with business administrative tasks (commercial agreements, invoicing, timesheets, request for proposals).
    • Some business accumen (there is always room for making our internal processes more efficient).
    • Social media channels understanding.
    • Able to manage b2b relations (with our vendors).
    • Team player, but also able to work independetly.
    • Proactive.
    • Passionate about retail.


    Within your role, you will:
    • Proactively plan and manage recruiting & employer branding events, such as job fairs or career events.
    • Develop and maintain various communication and marketing materials, including employee testimonials.
    • Conduct interviews and workshops with candidates.
    • Manage performance appraisal process accross the company.
    • Collaborate with Business Managers on the development on new learning initatives.
    • Ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly in our office. Aim for sustainability.
    • Manage relation with our vendors.
    • Coordinate internal and external events.

    • Manage relation with our vendors (contracts / invoices / requests)
    • Record office expenditure and manage the budget
    • Month closure responsible - Invoicing
    • Manage and archive company documetation
