    Your Mission:

    Within the Société Générale Group, you will join the Business Solution Center (BSC), which is a shared services center and is part of the Société Générale Group's Resources and Innovation Department. Within the BSC, the Finance Solutions Center (FIN) ensures the evolutions and the smooth functioning of Regulatory and Statutory Reporting applications in RSR department, which aims to produce the regulatory reporting of some subsidiaries of the Company Group in general. RSR teams are responsible for:

    • Managing the IT application’s development, projects and run support for ECB Regulatory Reporting area (FINREP/COREP/LIQ/ANACREDIT) and Local reporting area (EMEA zone);
    • Providing a transverse functional and technical consistency with the designated perimeter.

    Your role in a Nutshell:
    • A mixed role of Technical Expert (Infrastructure, IT Architecture, Development background) and IT Project Manager;
    • Main contributor on IT&C Strategy design and implementation. Align the strategy with the Group overall strategy and ensure IT&C and business convergence;
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance transversally for all RSR teams;
    • Manage a portfolio of transversal RSR projects with important Technical aspects working with contributors from different locations (Paris, Bucharest and Bangalore);
    • Act as co-interface in the relationship with other technical support teams within the Group;
    • Collaborate with your counterpart in Paris in same position in management of the Technical Chapter;
    • Drive innovations: identify viable opportunities for IT&C Innovation & Projects to enable business growth, ensuring implementation and success of those projects;
    • Main contributor on strategy design and implementation for technical aspects in managing Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence system implementation, ETL flows and Data Marts;
    • Set-up framework and monitor implementation for service quality improvements and cost efficiency;
    • Monitor service quality (KPIs) and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
    A little about you:
    • Over 5 years experience in IT for Banking, minimum 3 years experience in coordination of IT projects;
    • Regarding studies: Politehnica University (preferred Automation Faculty) or Bucharest University – Faculty of Mathematics Informatics or Academy of Economic Studies (Cybernetics);
    • Solid Technical/ Development: UNIX/LINUX systems, Databases (Oracle and PostGre), Java, Data Warehouse, BI;
    • Nice to have knowledge/background on: Network, APIs / SOA technologies, Control-M.
    • Very good understanding of: IT Projects methodology, IT Architectures, IT Security, IT Operations (ITIL).
    • Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps would be a plus;
    • English–very good level of speaking and writing; French – understanding level of speaking and writing- is a plus.
