Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in Accounting;
Membership or student with professional bodies (CECCAR);
At least 5 years experience in an accounting department and statutory reporting ;
Very robust knowledge and understanding of accounting and financial procedures;
Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint);
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to details and accuracy;
Well organized, good time-management skills and meet deadlines;
Proficiency in English skills both written and spoken;
Proactive and flexible attitude, ability to work in multinational environment;
Excellent leadership and communication skills;
Exceptional math skills;
High level of efficiency and accuracy;
Willingness to comply with all local, state and company regulations;
Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Prepare monthly/yearly fiscal declarations to the tax authorities ( D100, D300, D390, D394); training, and motivate accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks;
Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department;
Evaluate, develop and improve department controls, systems, and procedures increase accuracy and efficiency;
Oversees the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time;
Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders;
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed;
Ensure compliance with the applicable laws and internal reporting requirements;
Credit management handling and reporting;
Ensure a well-defined accounting evidence in accordance with the rules and the requests complying with legislation and internal procedures;
Ensure data integrity and compliance with Corporate reporting requirement and policies;
Support Finance Manager during the yearly audit process;
Close collaboration with the headquarter financial department.
