What our client expects:
2-4 years of professional experience in banking or in systems analyst, consultant or IT business analyst position;
Its an advantage if you have knowledge in lending, risk management, collection or business consulting;
Native level of Romanian and advanced level of English (both oral and written);
Constructive approach, efficiency and strong logical skills;
Strong internal motivation, ability to seek solutions in a team;
Affinity to travel

Your responsibilities would be:
Communication and coordination with the clients;
putting together the detailed business specifications of banking IT solutions;
business modelling related to the banking software solutions and analysing the business processes to be technologically supported;
creating the logical systems design and assessing it from a business aspect;
users and business testing of banking software solutions;
reporting to the developers about errors found during the testing, checking the corrections and creating the business documentation and the users manuals of the developed systems.
