    Requirements

    Job Purpose:

    The primary responsibility of stock controller is maintaining optimal levels of stock at all times. Aside from constantly evaluating product count, they must foresee supply and demand, taking a strategic approach to replenishing so that both overstocking and running out of stock are avoided.
    He or She also take charge of internal stock transfers, moving products to other store branches if needed or removing obsolete items.

    Utilize the companys inventory and sales software platform to check in products, compare deliveries to outstanding purchase orders and to analyse the sell-out trends
    Collaborate with purchasing group to determine when products are missing from deliveries and contact vendors in regards to damaged product
    Work closely with Warehouse Manager to make sure that each packaged order has the correct amount and types of products

    Responsibilities

    The Successful Applicant Must Possess:
    A minimum of 1-2 years working experience in the FMCG industry with some exposure to category management or space planning
    Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
    Good communication skills
    Proven research skills to understand consumer and category insights
    Strong Excel knowledge
