    Bachelor degree
    Fluent in English (C1)

    Other language: French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Czech-would be an advantage

    Typically 3 to 5 years work experience preferably with previous managerial experience;

    Previous experience in business process area e.g. HR, Billing, Payments, Collections, preferably in an operations environment.

    Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation.
    Execute transactions without minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system( all new hires might require some direction initially).
    Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections.
    Conduct data verification.
    Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate.
    File, archive and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards.
    Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar and punctuation.
    Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and compiling in requested format.
    May coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high volume transaction processing and/or the training/education of new and/or more junior team members on operation procedures and policies.
    Follow established policies, procedures and methods.
    May serve as technical and functional resource or super users to other team members.
    Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned.
    Meet established goals and objectives.
    Become a subject matter expert for complex processes.
    Document all new learning(s) or change in processes in the standard format and seek relevant approvals on a periodic basis.

    Perform and/or ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work (e.g., proof data entry, correspondence, and other tasks) within immediate team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
    Identify and assist with development of support materials for team use, e.g., training manuals, job aids, and views in databases
    Ensure completion of time and expense reports for self and team members per policies. Maintain accurate records for chargeable time to client projects.
    Prepare, analyze and interpret complex reports/information and formulate conclusions.
    Ensure that all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement with client(s) .
    Act as technical and functional resource and Subject Matter Expert for team members, peers and/or clients as assigned.
    May be accountable for ongoing management of effective client service relationship in one area of the business, by acting as main point of contact for senior client representatives.
