    Cerinte

    Studii medii/superioare in domeniul economic sau cursuri de specializare in domeniul bancar ;
    Minim un an experienta in institutii financiar bancare, vanzari, relatii cu clientii sau call center;
    Comunicare si abilitati interpersonale;
    Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare;
    Capacitate de invatare;
    Orientare catre client;
    Bune abilitati de operare PC.

    Responsabilitati

    Promovarea si vanzarea produselor si a serviciilor bancii si ale subsidiarelor;
    Oferirea de asistenta clientilor existenti si potentiali in concordanta cu gama de produse disponibile in respectivul tip de unitate;
    Identificarea nevoilor clientilor si a oportunitatilor de a vinde produsele si serviciile bancii prin activitatea de vanzare incrucisata (cross-selling);
    Urmarirea si actionarea in scopul realizarii obiectivelor individuale si ale echipei;
    Gestionarea solicitarilor clientilor referitoare la contractele de economisire-creditare;
    Asigurarea implementarii operatiunilor legate de contractele de economisire, creditare si/sau ofertele in sistemele informatice;
    Identificarea de noi clienti si pastrarea lor in baza de date prin oferirea de asistenta si servicii;
    Dezvoltarea portofoliul de clienti prin personalizarea relatiei bancare si prin oferirea de solutii corespunzatoare profilului acestora.
