    At least 2 year experience in a similar position;
    Legal or economic education;
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet;
    Very good command of English (advanced level);
    Very good oral and written communication skills;
    Very good organizing skills and detail-oriented;
    Good negotiation skills;
    Ability to write reports to summarize and clarify information;
    Resistance to prolonged intellectual effort;
    Empathy and responsiveness;
    Flexibility in thinking.


    Permanent communication with policyholders regarding the indemnity and debt collection procedures;
    Pro-actively and upon requests communication with customers related to claims files;
    Daily monitoring of claims files with debt collection department;
    Communication with other Departments of the organization and assist other related departments as required by business needs;
    Attending to meetings with customers;
    Preparation of relevant reports upon requests.
