    Your Day-To-Day:
    o Daily addressing licensing inquiries received through email, phone, and ticketing system and ensure compliance with existing License Management policies, procedures and PTC regulations
    o Get an extensive knowledge of the licensing models of different products
    o Contribute to the successful integration of licensing transactions on various platforms, define requirements and perform testing as needed
    o Recognize and raise processplatform issues, follow up accordingly with relevant parties upon resolution
    o Be part of any project as assigned by the manager and leverage it as a learning opportunity
    o Build strong partnerships with PTC resellers and effective relationship across departments within PTC eco-system. Work closely with customers partners and identify a single point of contact to ensure correct delivery in due time
    o Keep a mindset focused on improving customer journey and getting resolutions in a timely manner
    o Maintain the integrity and accuracy of licensing database and support the reconciliation of customer accounts information
    o Be part of governance plan and keep an up to date repository of PTC products, practices, procedures and license policies
    o Articulate and promote PTC licensing practices, emphasizing the benefits of the digital tool. Keep an innovative approach towards latest trends in the technology market and help to implement the enhancement in licensing activities.

    Your Team:

    o Reporting to License Management Supervisor, the License Management Representative will manage relationships with PTC customers (internal, external and partners) with regards to their licenses, with focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering world-class services.
    o The License Management Representative will be part of a global team that implemented follow the sun support and have colleagues located in Europe, North America, China and Japan.
    o Global License Management and Distribution team is included in Global Business Ops, that is part of Finance organization.

    Your Impact:

    o The License Management Representative will participate to ensure and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the quote to cash flow, with emphasis on licensing delivery and distribution phase.
    o The License Management Representative is responsible for solving in a timely, accurately and professionally manner all licensing inquiries received from customers across the globe, while ensuring compliance with PTC policies and Licensing agreements.
