Engineer studies and degree required

Strong organizational skills, problem solving, & time management skills needed

Self motivated with ability to work as an individual and in a team environment is a must

Able to work in shifts

Experience with working on Microsoft Office Software and SAP

>1 year of experience in SMT production preferred

Experience working in the field of quality is preferred.

Tracking of quality issues, failure costs and quality figures within production

Define measures to improve the quality within the production/shift

Responsible for implementation of quality measure within the shift

Coordinator for the failure analysis / quality topics during the shift
