HR Admin part-time

We are looking for a competent HR Admin to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Requirements
- Fluency in English, German will be a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular);
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Responsible, accurate and meticulousness in carrying out tasks;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High School degree; additional qualification as HR Specialist / bachelors degree will be a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage the HR data management activities and other related assigned tasks;
- Support the HR Manager on day-to-day activities
- HR documents: employment contracts, addenda, decisions, leaving forms
- Check / prepare the personal medical record file issued by the occupational physician, distribution of unemployment and all other documents related to employees files;
- Archive of personnel documents;
- Keeping records of handing over to the employees the employment related documents;
- Draft letters for specific situations (Maternity, Paternity, Study leave, etc.);
- Preparing monthly timesheets / time management
- Checks the accuracy of the timesheets (medical leaves, holidays reports, overtime, others payroll elements),
- Keeping up to date Health safety documents for all employees
