IBM Internship - RPA Developer

IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

Experience and skills in the internship will look like this:
- You studied or are studying at a University in Computer Science domain;
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (and hands-on practical experience with them)
- Eager to learn quickly and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details clearly
- Advanced English knowledge, at communication and writing level
- Can independently manage tasks, prioritize them and manage time efficiently
- Strong passion for RPA, self-driven continuous learning, integrating people and technology
- SQL server knowledge (not mandatory, but it would be good)
- Knowledge about AA, UiPath and BluePrism platforms (not mandatory, but it would be good)

Role description
- Get advanced training on an RPA platform (with the support of the team) - design, develop, test, troubleshoot
- Understand the processes being automated
- Create Proof of Concept RPA bots during the training
- Monitor RPA infrastructure and of robots deployed to client production environment
- Understand analyse issues that appear, troubleshoot and identify solutions
- Create robots progress reports and review those with the team
- Ready and able to interact with the clients without supervision, if situation so demands
