HR Account Manager

- Minimum 1-year experience in HR, Account management or Analytic roles;
- University studies in economics or related discipline;
- Knowledge of the HR environment and labor law;
- English advanced;
- Excel intermediate;
- Ability to work effectively, calmly and accurately in order to meet the set deadlines;
- High levels of self-motivation and fast learner;
- Enthusiasm, creativity and a proactive problem-solving approach;
- Attention to detail and methodical approach to keeping track of processes and information;
- Flexible and eager to learn.

- Manage the employee client communication for all HR related topics;
- End to end coordination of HR processes;
- End to end coordination of compensation and benefits processes;
- Prepare and drive employee-oriented programs;
- Deliver new employee orientation programs;
- Work with an internal employee administration application;
- Prepares accurately and timely cost reports, graphs and presentations using a large; volume of data extracted from internal and external sources;
- Collects and processes in an orderly fashion the required information to build the reports;
- Prepares recurrent HR related reports;
- Analyses and provides improvements proposal to the current reporting process and system;
- Provides ad hoc reports as per the business requirements.
