Junior Project Manager

Located in the bustling city of Bucharest,
Blue Chameleon Tech is a hub of international marketing and tech enterprise.

2-3 years of professional experience (ideally in a corporate environment; I-Gaming industry would represent an advantage);
6-12 months in project management would represent a significant advantage
Proven understanding of PM methodologies
Bachelor degree
English language at advanced level
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with a PM tool (ex. Jira) would represent a plus
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized, attentive to details, dead-line oriented
Great time management skills

PM Responsibilities:
Assist PMO in project planning, implementing and monitoring
Develop detailed project plan from concept phase to release date and post-launch optimization
Obtain project timelines and list of tasks/action items from all involved teams (DEV, CRM, Design, ACQ, Finance, Analytics, CS, VIP etc.)
Monitor project progress, reporting status, timings, interdependencies and assignments
Ensure project remains on track, on specs and on timing
Manage project documentation and assets
Work on multiple projects in different stages of execution simultaneously
Conduct research and competitor analysis, in order to understand and communicate the business needs per specific project
Take over other project management duties, when PMO is unavailable

QA Responsibilities:
Check newly developed software products/features for issues in functionality, design, UI/UX etc.
Create bug tasks based on the outcome of test cycles
Make sure the new product meets all requirements and quality standards, and is ready to be marketed or used by product owners
Provide feedback to PMO and all involved parties
