• Education:  in progress /University degree

• Competencies: strong communication skills, independence and initiative, open-minded, problem solver, creativity in developing new ideas and approaches to day to day problems/situation,  task oriented, interested in self-development, team spirit

• Computer proficiency: Word & Excel processing, E-mail, Internet

• Language proficiency in French and in English .

• Interact by phone with customers, developing the right attitude and skills specific to each type of client;
• Learn to develop and maximise sales by handling the customer purchase via phone and email;
• Learn about Michelin Red Guide and other complementary products;
• Provide Back-Office support regarding contract and customer data management;
• Raise valuable customer insights to management: feedbacks, insights, ideas of innovation.
