Customer Support with Romanian in Greece!

An advanced level of English;
A native level of Romanian;
Desire to discover the Greek culture and take on new challenges;
Positive attitude and open-mindedness;
6+ months experience in customer related roles (although a positive attitude can go a long way)
Provide support to clients via phone, e-mail, chat, or web, depending on the project;
Build sustainable relationships of trust with the clients of the respective countries;
Offer techincal support and solve the customer's inquiries;
Provide accurate, valid and complete information about the products and services offered by the company.
Plane ticket paid for (2-3 days before the training starts);
2-week accommodation in a hotel after your arrival (supported by the organization);
Comprehensive training in order to develop/consolidate product knowledge;
