    IFUTURE Romania is a recruitment company part of a multinational organisation Thakral Group from Singapore. We want to be the Solution Partner, positioning as the intermediate between the potential of the labor market and the specialized staff need from our portofolio clients.

    An advanced level of English;
    A native level of Romanian;
    Desire to discover the Greek culture and take on new challenges;
    Positive attitude and open-mindedness;
    6+ months experience in customer related roles (although a positive attitude can go a long way)
    Adventurous spirit;


    Provide support to clients via phone, e-mail, chat, or web, depending on the project;
    Build sustainable relationships of trust with the clients of the respective countries;
    Offer techincal support and solve the customer's inquiries;
    Provide accurate, valid and complete information about the products and services offered by the company.
