Requirements
The Web Designer sits within the Creative Team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Creative and Content. They are responsible for the development and delivery of promotional materials (animated static banners, web design assets, HTML emails, web UIs, etc.) to support panel marketing, recruitment and partnerships initiatives.
Required skills qualifications:
At least 3-4 years of experience in a digital design or web design role, in-house or at an agency
Degree level graduate in a relevant field, preferably Design
Strong ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
An ability to think strategically with a sharp eye for details
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
The confidence and skills to communicate your ideas clearly to stakeholders
Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD and Sketch
Experience working with HTML/CSS
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Collaborate with Creative Team members to produce compelling digital design solutions that support Panel Marketing initiatives, and international marketing campaigns across all platforms
Explore and present multiple design solutions under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Creative and Content
Develop and execute on final creative assets to deliver to stakeholders
Collaborate cross functionally with multi-disciplinary teams such as Platform, Campaign Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations
Work with stakeholders to develop concepts, define digital requirements and ensure brand guidelines are maintained
Create and maintain Creative Assets including emails, websites, landing pages, branding elements, presentations and other visual assets
Create compelling Recruitment, Social, and Affiliate Display Banner Ads for all platforms
Design and develop high-end solutions for the business and clients over a range of media with the purpose of communicating research
Design intentionally and strategically with a focus on optimization for user conversion
Actively try new design techniques and keep up to date with the latest trends in the
digital space
Manage priorities, deadlines, and effectively communicate to stakeholders
