Requirements
The Partnership Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing our Integrated partner relationships to grow our online research panel of consumers and business professionals around the globe. In the Partnership Manager role, you will own our relationships with our largest, key partners and manage their success. This includes communicating regularly through account meetings and business reviews, reporting on panel performance, finance related reporting, troubleshooting customer support issues, negotiating contract changes and renewals, monitoring monthly budgets, negotiating additional marketing opportunities, supporting new partner technical implementations and more.
Required skills qualifications:
5+ years experience in partnership management or sales area
Experience in front of customer and strong business acumen
Possess strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working with a CRM (e.g., salesforce or BOS), and web conferencing software (GoToMeeting or WebEx)
Bachelor Degree in Management or any related field is required
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Manage the day to day operations including account meetings, partner reporting, monthly invoicing process and more.
Actively negotiate and monitor contracts, budgets and additional marketing opportunities.
Seek opportunities to increase partner satisfaction and deepen partner relationships.
Communicate frequently through monthly partner meetings, onsite business reviews, and through updates both externally with the partners and internally across the organization.
Collaborate with Product and IT to implement new partnerships and support new country expansion for existing partners.
Work closely with the customer support team to monitor customer support issues, troubleshoot escalated issues and drive overall performance of each partnership.
Identify and research potential partnership opportunities and support sales team with customizing a strategy for each prospect and closing the deal.
Communicate effectively across cross-functional team members, partners and management.
