- Relevant work experience in mass recruiting specialized on BPO/SSC industry;
- Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process;
- Advanced English language skills for international communication;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of legal aspects of the recruitment hiring process;
- Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks to meet established schedules, timelines and/or deadlines;
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Create and publish the recruitment ads as per companys standards;
- Identify eligible candidates according to job descriptions;
- Set up interview appointments, conduct phone screening interviews;
- Ensure ongoing communication with candidates;
- Conduct interviews and perform professional tests when required;
- Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
- Support the induction process of the new employees
