Education and Experience Required:
University Degree preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business or Statistics.
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge and Skills:
Thorough knowledge of research methodologies/ practices
Ability to create dashboard reporting tools and skills with Tableau, Power BI type visualization tools
Very strong analytic skills
Ability to extrapolate future trends from current information
Ability to manage complex situations that involve multiple market segments/product offerings
Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to work as a team
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
Excellent influencing, consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to provide strong time management skills
Maintain marketing research database and infrastructure.
Own Printing and/ or PC market tracking reporting including
Working with suppliers to ensure good quality data is received in a timely manner
Integration of data into the reporting platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the reports
Contribute to the evolution of the market tracking reporting: formats, visualizations, etc.
Create reporting and visualization reports using PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI
Contribute to Printing and/or PC market analysis
Respond to questions and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders and end users - focused analyses, issues with the data, etc.
Effectively contribute to a cross region and category HP Market Intelligence network by establishing strong working relationships.
Work with counterparts Globally (Asia, Europe, Americas)
