Role description
The Marketing Assistant will work within the One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization within Microsoft.

Main activities
Support PMA-Ps to chase partners and teach them how to upload leads into our tooling (Partner Sales Connect / Partner Center)

Support PMA-Ps with creation of Purchase Orders, approve invoices and add the right Proof Of Execution

Review To Partner Newsletter and add local content

Support coordination of Partner Lead Exchange that will be continued in FY20 and which will take place twice a year per country (September and February)

Support local To Partner events like Partner Weeks and Partner Marketing Days

Support onboarding of new partners for Demand Gen @ Scale engines from JW

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in the country you apply to.

Salary depends on the country you apply but it will be minimum 750 euro.

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 6 months starting December 2019 until June 2020

Location: Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Austria.
