    Requirements

    At least 5 years of end to end Accounting experience, with focus on GL area
    Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
    Knowledge of Czech or German language would be an asset
    Practical experience in managing a team
    Educational background in Finance and Accounting
    Experience in transition projects
    Strong client management skills
    Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to details
    Effective time management and prioritizing abilities
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    Ability to multi-task and keep up with a fast-paced environment
    Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    Responsibilities

    Managing the team of 15 accountants
    Organizing work, setting priorities, monitoring and managing workload within the team
    Monitoring and enhancing performance of the team in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction and quality, supervising process
    Building and maintaining strong business relationship with Client
    Knowing, understanding and evaluating operational KPIs
    Identifying areas of improvement in processes and drives change implementation
    Coordinating team schedule and leave planning
    Motivating and building the skills of the team
