Cerinte
2+ years of full-cycle experience in recruitment (preferably in IT)
Good knowledge of recruiting across a wide spectrum of technical IT roles
Fluency in English
Communicative person and proactive attitude
Passionate about HR
Responsible for recruiting IT professionals
Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source high-quality candidates
Build trust-advisor relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Maintain a good communication with the candidates identified, even if they are not interested in the opportunity at that moment
Identify communicate headhunting/sourcing channels
