System Design Engineer

Experience with system design and verification experience, working knowledge of an ASIC/ASSP development flow;
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and interface effectively with team members in remote locations;
Experience with data communications, memory interface or processor subsystem IP is an advantage. Working knowledge of basic hardware lab diagnostic tools (Logic analyzer, Oscilloscope etc).

Works with team to design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems;
Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility;
Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system;
Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions.
