Qualification and competencies
Knowledge of Market Risk and Credit Counterparty Risk or Credit Risk
Predisposition to work under pressure and solve complex problems
Very good analytical skills in data analysis
Good knowledge of project management (ALM) and Incident management (HPSM) tools
Solid knowledge and experience in Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities
Very good English both spoken and written
Master Degree in Finance (or Mathematics) is a plus

Key tasks and responsibilities
Manage and develop user relationships, analyse information requirements/needs and identify opportunities of improving existing solutions/ services
Analysis and interpretation of business/ functional requirements, carrying out response activities in terms of business analysis, requirements clarifications, scope framing and testing guidelines
Communicate with different stakeholders
Create functional documentation
Priorities setting in order to comply with the agreed deadlines
Work with Developers to translate functional requirements in technical ones
Perform test and analysis on data produced for risk management, considering both productive and test environments
