    Responsabilitati

    Intampinarea vizitatorilor si gestionarea activitatii de protocol;
    Primirea, inregistrarea si repartizarea corespondentei in interiorul firmei;
    Elaborarea si redactarea documentelor, intocmirea corespondentei conform solicitarilor managementului;
    Inregistrarea documentelor in registrul general de intrari/ iesiri al firmei;
    Gestionarea apelurilor telefonice, oferirea de informatii, transmiterea si primirea faxurilor;
    Intocmirea necesarului lunar de materiale pentru protocol, papetarie;
    Mentinerea inregistrarilor in registrul de deplasari al firmei;
    Obtinerea diverselor autorizatii, plata impozitelor si a taxelor catre diverse entitati ale administratiilor publice locale.
