Qualification and competencies

Basic knowledge of banking and Financial/Credit Risks frameworks

Knowledge of xVA topics is a plus

Predisposition to work under pressure and solve complex problems

Good analytical skills in data analysis

Basic knowledge (at least awareness) of project management (ALM) and Incident management (HPSM) tools

Solid knowledge and experience in Excel and Word

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities

Very good English both spoken and written

Key tasks and responsibilities

Manage and develop user relationships, analyse information requirements/needs and identify opportunities of improving existing solutions/ services

Analysis and interpretation of business/functional requirements, carrying out response activities in terms of business analysis, requirements clarfifications, scope framing and testing guidelines

Communicate with different stakeholder to gather Business Requirements

Work with Developers to translate functional requirements in technical ones

Perform test and analysis on data produced for risk management, considering both productive and test environments

Create functional documentation
