Courier Operations Specialist

- Bachelors degree;
- Strong aptitude with numbers to drive insights and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Excel is a must. SQL preferred;
- Startup (all-hands-on-deck) I work hard because I love it approach;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs;
- Self starter, relationship oriented person with proven stakeholder management skills;

- Develop the delivery partner network across the whole country and ensure high-quality experiences on the system to provide the most reliable food delivery service;
- Manage efficiency of the marketplace. We move a ridiculous number of meals each day, and youll be at the heart of the operations where every single one of them passes through. Balancing the number of couriers, eaters and restaurants in an open marketplace;
- Develop optimize processes to grow our courier network more efficiently: you will design processes to operationalise our courier supply acquisition efforts;
- Product Improvement: actively search for new features which could improve our processes and product as well as increase the engagement on the Platform;
- Work closely with our central teams to design and execute an efficient end-to-end process;
- Coordinate and collaborate with our Greenlight and support teams.
