    • BSEE, 7+ years of experience in power and analog design and applications; MSEE is preferred;
    • Previous managerial experience is a plus
    • Experience in high power conversion (DC-DC and DC-AC) design, development and applications
    • Ability to interface with customers and translate their needs into product requirements
    • Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationship with customers, marketing, FAEs and sales organizations
    • Good verbal and written communications skills


    • Lead a team of dedicated Application Engineers i in developing best-in-class power solutions for high power industrial motor drives, UPS, solar inverter, White Goods, power supplies automotive inverters
    • Set up priorities, work schedules, ensure alignment to group objectives rn Mentor application engineers and help them achieve career growth
    • Develop application engineering roadmap in collaboration with technical marketing team
    • Execute on the product application roadmap with Design, Applications Processes teams in various locations
    • Build and test hardware, software prototypes to verify new product performance
    • Characterize, debug and test companys new power discrete HV gate drivers ICs and their applications in customer end systems
    • Design and develop new product evaluation boards and demo boards
    • Generate sales collateral such as data sheets, application notes, customer presentations
    • Provide product technical training to Sales and FAE organizations
    • Conduct on-site training and seminars at customer sites in various regions • Perform system level simulations using SPICE and other simulation tools
    • Design and present demos for trade shows and technical conferences
    • Write and present technical papers and design articles highlighting new product performance
    • Participate in regulatory and industry organizations
