Requirements
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Fluency in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable and flexible approach to task
Confident when working within a team as well as self-motivated to work independently
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package use
Bachelor degree
At least 2 years experience as HR Assistant, preferably
Acts as main reference for all PTA (Ploiesti Technology Academy) trainings and all related initiatives towards all worldwide internal and external Customers in order to cover both organizational and technical aspects.
Support the tutors and lecturers in terms of, and not limited to, preparation of training courses with the final aim to guarantee a standard quality in the hosting organization and all services related to trainings such as: availability of the training toolsmaterials, IT systems, PPE, stationery, verification of the attendance forms, issue of proficiency certificates, etc
Leading and steering actions to promote the training offer to internal and external customers.
Continuous monitoring of training quality (inquiring trainees by customer satisfaction forms, debriefing discussion, etc..) in order to realize the needs, dynamics and trends that can affect the training request in the medium term and consequently set priorities and actions.
