    Responsabilitati

    -Interacţionează cu clientul pe canalele de comunicare disponibile: telefon, e-mail, curier, webchat, SMS, fax etc. asigurand suportul informaţional cerut de client şi distribuirea problemelor cererilor ce nu ţin de competenţa sa către alte canale sau entitati suport.rn-Promoveaza produsele si serviciile bancii sau tertilor in conformitate cu reglementarile interne ale bancii si limitarile impuse de rolul functional ocupat.rn
