    Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.Typically 1-5 years of related experience in ITbusiness operations.Typically 1-5 years of project management experience. Quality improvement training required.


    The EMEA Region Process Manager will be responsible for the Quote to Cash processes applied in his region and business area assigned.
    The successful candidate will work directly with the Business Leads, the Global Process Engineer and the Contract Management Operations team to ensure successful deployment of designed processes and process improvements

    What will your day consist of?
    Lead complex business and cross functional projects and initiatives for the region
    Work with all business stakeholders to prioritize projects and build the yearly roadmap for owned processes
    Build projects plans including timelines, objectives and deliverables
    Influence business leaders by presenting insightful analysis and recommendations for optimizing the business performance
    Present the business cases to the organization's Director and other stakeholders
    Be responsible for achieving the targeted business performance and all annual objectives
    Lead andor participate into global projects from his area of expertise
    Offer guidance for the projects and programs with an increased level of complexity at global level that falls into his area of expertise
    Revise results of projects and make recommendations for strategic decisions
    Identify areas of improvement for owned processes and set strategies, start projects for achieving the improvements
    Develop and maintain the relations with business partners and offer advices for successful implementation of the recommendations for process improvements
