- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel and visitors;
- Provide in-depth and periodically suppliers security verifications according to all company's procedures;
- Remain in compliance with local regulations in all regions where company operates;
- Schedule meetings and appointments; mailing;
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment;
- Organize office operations and procedures;
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
- Provide general support to visitors.
