The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic #tech projects.

Candidates will have to demonstrate:
3+ years experience in Agile methodology (Scrum)
3+ years experience as Scrum Master
3+ years experience on mobile projects
Previous experience as Product Owner would be appreciated
English fluent

The Scrum Master will make sure all Agile good practice are implemented properly according to Scrum framework.

He will plan and attend all Scrum ceremonies in order to make sure every sprint occurs in an efficient way and according to the plan.

His missions in Scrum ceremonies:
Guide the team and organization on how to use AgileScrum practices and values
Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
Plan all Scrum ceremonies with Scrum team
Attend all ceremonies and make sure they happen as expected
Implement excellent collaboration between the PO and development team
Support the PO to lead sprint planning sprint refinement sprint review
Make sure to keep teams attention during ceremonies
Remind Scrum rules when required
Help Scrum team to identify what can be improved during sprint reviews

His missions during development sprints:
Make sure each sprint reaches the objective previously planned
Make sure all Scrum team members communicate easily and actively
Fix any issue that contributes to decrease team velocity

The Scrum Master will also be in charge of:
Following up the product quality by defining KPI and providing them for each sprint of development
Assessing team velocity for future sprints
Leading steering instances to communicate on mobile product follow-up (status update, blocking points, risks)
Considering overall project organization and providing suggestions to improve it
